Practice without an account

Lesson progress, bookmarks, drafts, nicknames and learning preferences are stored in this browser. Drawings may use browser storage. Shared devices can expose this work to other people using the same browser. Use Settings to export or clear local lesson data; browser site settings can remove all site storage, including artwork.

Voice practice

Optional microphone recording is for playback and comparison. Local recordings are temporary and discarded when you leave the lesson. Device speech recognition, when selected, may send speech to your browser’s speech service; it is separate from local recording. An adult should review the browser service’s privacy terms before enabling it for a child. You can learn by listening without using a microphone.

Adult accounts & classrooms

Adult sign-in uses email and an account service. Group membership, assignments, answers, feedback and meeting or replay links can be stored online and accessed by the relevant teacher and enrolled account. Use a nickname instead of a child’s full name. Do not submit addresses, private contact information, health information or other sensitive information in learning answers.

Children should use online classrooms only with a parent or guardian’s involvement. Live classes open the teacher’s video provider, whose privacy terms and permissions also apply. Classes are not automatically recorded by this app. Obtain participants’ permission and any required parental consent before recording or sharing a replay. An adult checkbox is not verified parental consent.

Lesson files and assignments

Teachers can share lesson materials with their enrolled group. Assignments and corrected copies are visible only to the submitting account and that group’s teacher. Files are stored online and downloads require classroom sign-in. Removing a learner from a group ends their online file access; copies already downloaded remain on the recipient’s device. Upload only material you have permission to share, avoid private personal information, and use an adult-managed account for younger learners. Each file can be up to 10 MB. Use Remove file to delete an uploaded file; contact support for help with account data.

Membership

Paid subscriptions are not enabled in this release. We do not collect card details on these pages. The planned offer is a 7-day trial, then $2.99 USD monthly until canceled. Secure checkout, verified activation and cancellation must work before paid signup opens.

Hosting and service providers

The hosting and account providers process technical information needed to serve and secure the app, such as network requests, IP addresses and authentication sessions. External meeting links and downloaded files leave the app. Avoid adding analytics, advertising or third-party media that collects learner information without a separate review.

Review, correction & deletion requests

For help reviewing or deleting online account or classroom information, contact apexflexsupport@gmail.com and name the app. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send a password or identity document by email. Teachers can edit or remove groups and sessions they own through Classroom settings. Deleting browser data does not delete online records or cancel an active subscription.

Before children’s online data collection or paid enrollment is opened broadly, the operator must complete the applicable parental-consent, retention, deletion, security and consumer-disclosure review. This notice describes the current product; it is not a guarantee of compliance with every law.
